The SKANDINAVIA Unfinished/Stainable Wood Slat Room Divider is for those who need a custom finish that no pre-finished product can match. Each slat arrives unfinished with a White Oak or Red Oak veneer over particle board — ready to sand, stain, and seal to your exact specification.
This is the preferred option for renovation projects where matching existing hardwood floors or millwork is critical. White Oak accepts stain evenly and produces cooler, more consistent tones — ideal for grey, ebony, or ceruse finishes. Red Oak has a more pronounced grain pattern and takes warmer stains beautifully. Both species are available up to 10ft in the ROTERA rotating design and up to 12ft in the FIXERA fixed design. Please note your preferred veneer species in the order comments.
